Important Information about your DNA+

Following customer feedback, where 78% of our customers advised they didn't consider DNA+ as an important factor in their choice of policy, we've taken the decision to remove this from our offering. This means that from 1st June 2021 we'll no longer be offering DNA+ Forensic Protection Kit as part of your Carole Nash insurance policy.

Has my insurance premium been impacted by removing DNA+?

No, the kit has never impacted your insurance premium. However, now we’re no longer providing the kits, we've worked with all supporting insurers to reduce our insurance premiums.

When will my motorcycle no longer be protected with DNA+?

Customers who have renewed up to 31st May 2021 – cover will remain in place for a period of 12 months from the point of their renewal date – the latest date DNA+ will remain in place is 30th April 2022.

For customers, whose renewal is after 1st June 2021, DNA+ will no longer apply.
