Awards for UK Harley Dealers
Two UK motorcycle dealerships have beaten more than 30 of the manufacturer’s other showrooms across the UK and Ireland to win the prestigious Harley-Davidson® Bar and Shield award. Preston Harley-Davidson and Black Bear based in Newmarket were honoured at the Annual Harley-Davidson Dealer Conference when recognised for their overall outstanding performance over the past 12 months.
The legendary Motor Company first introduced the Bar & Shield Award over 20 years ago and every year the manufacturer audits its dealerships and awards the best performing.
Dealerships are scored throughout the year on every aspect of the service they provide including customer service and experience, adherence to Harley-Davidson quality standards, staffing, participation in training courses, and overall performance in the marketplace.
The awards help to ensure that all dealers remain committed to continually providing the best experience to customers and prospects and this was demonstrated by Preston Harley-Davidson who picked up the award for the north for the second consecutive year. Black Bear have also received the honour in the past.
