Backflip on a Harley Sportster

There are some motorcycles that you think are perfect for freestyle tricks, but the Harley 1200 Sportster isn’t one of them. Yet this hasn’t stopped Kain Saul and Chuck Carothers flipping a Harley XR1200M model through 360 degrees firstly in Australia last Saturday, then in the Czech Republic on Sunday evening.

The stunts were performed at Freestyle MX jumping events in Sydney and Prague, with Australasian defending champ Kain Saul performing the trick first on the 250Kgs heavy machine. Chuck then did the same thing, this time in front of a live TV audience in Prague, at the 10th FMX Gladiator Games.

Unsurprisngly, Harley Davidson’s European spokesperson, Matt Knott, offered his congratulations at this awesome achievement; ” These two riders embody the passion and boldness that characterizes the Harley-Davidson brand.”
