Capcom confirm MotoGP 10/11

Games developer Capcom has confirmed that MotoGP 10/11 will be out for the Playstation 3 and XBOX 360 in March 2011.

The developer, who has worked on the past three MotoGP games, has confirmed that the March release will be based around the 2010 championship season but that downloadable updates will be available for the 2011 campaign.

Capcom are also thought to be working closely with Microsoft to utilise XBOX’s Natal project, which would see head tracking technology incorporated into the game. Theoretically, this could see a player’s character move their head as the player moves theirs, allowing you to see which racers are coming up alongside or behind you.

Also confirmed is a local split-screen co-op mode, which lets a fellow biker join your MotoGP team to help take top honours in championship races.
