CAS Honda will be supporting the Off-road theme at this year's NEC Bike Show.
Internationally renowned motocross team CAS Honda have confirmed that they will be making a welcome appearance in the all-new Off Road Zone at the forthcoming Carole Nash International Motorcycle and Scooter Show, taking place from the 27th November to the 6th December at the NEC in Birmingham.
CAS Honda will be displaying the factory machines as used by Billy Mackenzie this year at their stand in Hall 5, where visitors will also see the World Motocross Championship squad for 2010. Also on display will be the new 2010 SC Sporthomes’ hospitality vehicle which will be used for the team’s campaign next year.
It’s set to be a triumphant debut year for the Show’s Off Road Zone, with a rich itinerary featuring not only an impressive list of new bikes, top riders and aftermarket products but also the thrill of the opening two rounds of The Future West ACU British Supercross Championships. The ACU sanctioned events will take place on the evenings of Saturday 28th November and Saturday 5th December with day-time displays taking place throughout the entire open period of the 10 day Show.
“This is a great opportunity for us to diversify and introduce a whole new audience to CAS Honda. We wanted to be part of the Show, especially as there is a new element dedicated to off road,” said CAS Honda Team Manager, Neil Prince.
“CAS Honda has been at the forefront of British and World Championship competition for many years, so it makes sense for us to support the event. Thanks to our sponsor, SC Sporthomes, this is now a reality and we’re looking forward to meeting new people and introducing them to our sport.”
Finlay McAllan, Managing Director of MCI Exhibitions, added: “Since we took the decision to include an off road element in the 2009 Show, we have been really focused on making it a highly credible addition to the schedule. We are thrilled to have now added the recognised name of CAS Honda to the exhibitors list as we know their displays and team appearances will only serve to add yet more value to the visitor experience.”
