Dame Kelly ‘Gets On’ at NEC

Dame Kelly Holmes is the latest high-profile Celebrity to ‘Get On’ two wheels, after recently passing her CBT with the help of the Get On campaign.

The two-time Olympic gold medallist and two-time Commonwealth gold medallist was at Motorcycle Live on Wednesday, revealing that she is now very much on the road to riding after completing her CBT.

The former athlete caught the biking ‘bug’ after taking a free one-hour taster session with Get On, sessions which are available throughout Motorcycle Live until the show closes on Sunday.

Other celebrities who have taken their first steps onto two wheels via the Get On campaign, an industry-backed initiative to get more people onto two wheels, former cricketer Darren Gough, TV presenters Gethin Jones and Adrian Chiles, Coronation Street’s Shobna Gulati and Jill Halfpenny and Lee from Blue.
