Ducati officially unveil GP10

Ducati have officially lifted the curtain on the Ducati Desmosedici GP10, the bike that Casey Stoner and Nicky Hayden will ride in the 2010 MotoGP championship.

The bike, leaked by Hayden himself on his own personal website, was officially unveiled today at Ducati’s annual press event in the ski village of Madonna di Campiglio.

Hayden yesterday apologised for the gaffe, after posting a mobile phone picture of the new bike on his personal blog.

In terms of appearance, there’s little difference from the GP9 other than a few changes in sponsor logos but underneath the faring will certainly offer a difference package to the 2009 entrant, with new engine restriction rules sure to give the engineers plenty to think about.
