Motorcycle Live brought forward

Motorcycle Live 2011 will take place on Saturday 19th to Sunday 27th November at, the NEC Birmingham, organisers of the UK’s premier two-wheel exhibition have confirmed.

After a complete transformation of the event in 2010, with the introduction of exciting live and interactive features, including the Ramp’d Up Freestyle Motocross Arena, the Get On Learners Zone and the indoor Off-Road Experience, the show will be back at the NEC this winter.

MotoGP World Champion Jorge Lorenzo opened the 2010 show and all the major motorcycle manufacturers made a return, with 38 brands in total showcasing their new models. The revamp was hailed a success by all involved, with many pledging to return in 2011 for what promises to be an even bigger and better extravaganza.

The decision to schedule Motorcycle Live 2011 earlier in November allows the Show to fit in with the European motorcycle show calendar. The UK’s offering now sits between the Milan and Paris Motorcycle Shows.

“It’s with great pleasure that we are able to confirm the dates for Motorcycle Live 2011,” says Finlay McAllan, Managing Director of Show organisers MCI Exhibitions. “With the buzz of 2010 still fresh in everyone’s minds, we are already well underway with the planning for this year. We can’t give anything away yet, but are hoping to offer even more interactive entertainment for people of all ages.”

Tickets for Motorcycle Live 2011 will go on sale later this year. For the latest news and updates, see www.facebook.co.uk/motorcyclelive or follow @motorcyclelive on Twitter.
