New Italian Bikes to be revealed at Carole Nash Motorcycle Live
The EICMA 2010 show in Milan has unveiled the best of the latest biking machinery from Italian manufacturers and fans of Aprilia and Ducati bikes won’t need to wait long to see the bikes here in the UK, as they will be heading for the UK’s favourite motorcycle insurer’s bike show – Carole Nash Motorcycle Live.
Biking fans will be able to see the likes of the eagerly awaited Aprilia Tuono V4R, the fantastic new RSV4 superbike with an impressive V4 162HP engine. The new Aprilia boasts to have more power than any other naked bike and possesses the engine that helped to dominate the 2010 World Superbike Championships.
Also on show at Carole Nash Motorcycle Live will be a stunning new Ducati model; the new Diavel, which boasts a light, twin cylinder 163hp engine, with state of the art specifications. The new model will be released in two versions in January 2011; the Diavel and also the flagship model, the Diavel Carbon. The Carbon version houses a gorgeous blend of high performance and aesthetically pleasing components and features carbon fibre bodywork and specially-machined Marchesini wheels.
Although it’s not technically Italian, Honda’s latest model, the CBR125R, plus 9 other new or updated models, were also unveiled in Milan and will be winging their way to our shores in coming weeks. Amongst the new batch of Honda bikes is the Crossrunner model, an 800cc V4 naked performance bike which has a rugged exterior like an adventure bike.
The Carole Nash Motorcycle Live show will be live at the NEC in Birmingham from the 27th November until the 5th December and promises to be the biggest and best show put on by the UK’s favourite motorbike insurers so far. Tickets are £15 in advance, £10 for seniors and £5 for children aged 11-16. Children under the age of 10 are admitted free. Visit www.motorcyclelive.co.uk for more details.
