Suzuki unveils new Inazuma
Suzuki GB proudly unveiled the new Inazuma 250 this weekend at Motorcycle Live, as the UK’s biggest bike event kicked off at the NEC in Birmingham.
New to the European market, the Inazuma features a parallel twin 248cc engine, with modern styling inspired by the B-King and GSR models and practical features offering a new choice for riders looking for a user-friendly, fuel efficient machine with fresh and innovative looks.
Announcing the Inazuma, Paul de Lusignan from Suzuki GB said: “We’re naturally delighted to unveil an all-new machine here at Motorcycle Live. Like every manufacturer, we’ve seen a significant increase in demand for more cost effective, smaller capacity machines, so when we had the opportunity to introduce the Inazuma to the UK it was an easy decision. Crucially, not only does this new model tick the fuel-efficient and user friendly boxes, but it also manages to do this with unique styling, while packing a comprehensive spec with high quality components too.”
The Inazuma’s newly designed liquid-cooled, twin cylinder engine, boasts a six-speed transmission with great low-mid range performance, which combined with its frugal fuel injection system gives great rider control and efficiency.
Add in a new, robust frame, hydraulic disc brakes, high quality finishing and a full-function instrument cluster that even reports riding efficiency and the Inazuma adds up to a high quality machine with budget busting features and performance.
The Inazuma will arrive in the UK in Autumn 2012, with a recommended retail price to be announced.
