Yamaha dealer wins customer award

The 2010 Yamaha Master of Customer Care Award has been awarded to Flitwick Motorcycles of Bedford. This coveted award is presented to the Yamaha Dealer that scores the highest on the Yamaha National Customer Satisfaction Index for both Sales and Service.

Steve and Carole Linsdell along with the team from Flitwick, received the award from Yamaha Motor UK’s Service Manager, Nick Girling and Area Sales Manager Paul Cross.

A delighted dealer principle Steve Linsdell said of the award “Carole, I and all our Team are delighted to receive the 2010 Master of Customer Care award. It was a particularly pleasing achievement to us in the light of a very difficult trading year and following our son Olie’s accident at the Manx Grand Prix, when it would have been so easy to take our eyes off the ball. We have always prided ourselves on customer care and we are so grateful that our customers feel we are getting it right.

Our team here at Flitwick truly work extremely hard to keep our customers happy so this award is a tribute to their hard work over the years. The Yamaha Master of Customer Care award is the one that every Yamaha retailer covets, as without customer satisfaction there would be no sales. So we thank Yamaha Motor UK and all our valued customers, old and new, for their vote of confidence as it means so much to us.”

YMUK’s Service Manager, Nick Girling said “Carole and Steve have always worked really hard to provide great customer service and their CSI results this year have been exceptional. Flitwick M/C’s are deserved winners of this year’s Master of Customer Care Award”

Congratulations also go to the following Dealers, who made up the top five places (in alphabetical order):  H. Acklam, Alford Bros., K2 Motorcycles and Keith Dixon Motorcycles.
