The take on Brands Hatch from Dunlop Racing UK;
Gregorio Lavilla and Dunlop fired a warning shot to rivals at the Brands Hatch season opener with a demonstration of their shared desire to reclaim the British Superbike Championship title. Spaniard Lavilla secured the maiden victory in race one with an aggressive riding style that signalled his intention in no uncertain terms.
Lavilla was followed to the chequered flag by British Superbike newcomer Leon Camier aboard the Dunlop-shod Bike Animal Honda. Camier impressed on his debut in the series – finishing ahead of the factory-supported Honda of third placed Jonathan Rea.
