Bridewell’s Superstock Debut
Tommy Bridewell made his Superstock 1000 debut in Europe over the weekend, posting a creditable 13th place, after a tough qualifying session.
The 20 year old Wiltshire rider was riding with a hand injury, which put him back in 22nd spot on the grid. But a hard charge through the field during the race gained Bridewell almost 10 places.
“I was delighted to score a few points this weekend, as it was hard to find a good set-up for the bike during qualifying.” said Bridewell afterwards. Tommy is now heading to Misano, for a test session, then a race on the 19th April aboard his Yamaha Italia machine.
