Tech 3 test out Moto2 entry

Tech 3 have been putting their Moto2 entrant through their paces in France this week, with test rider Florian Marino giving the Honda-powered machine its long-awaited track debut.

The team’s official riders, Yuki Takahashi and Raffaele de Rosa, were given a break this week as Marino ran the Tech 3 bike through its paces at the Ledenon circuit.

Marino was the idea pick for the team however, given his familiarity with the 600cc Honda engine due to being Honda’s European Superstock 600 rider although even he could do little as an electrical fault brought an abrupt end to the test after just a handful of laps.
