Arai Haga Monza RX-7 GP lid
Arai have introduced a limited edition Haga Monza version of their new RX-7 GP helmet. The RZ-7 GP is designed for MotoGP and WSB racers, that exceeds the ECE 22.05 and forthcoming Snell 2010 standards as regards safety. The RX-7 was launched in late 2008.
An improved visor release mechanism, SNC composite shell construction and superior airflow management are key features of the RX-7 GP, which replaces the Corsair in the Arai range. A larger face opening in the RX-7 GP gives the rider improved peripheral vision too.
The RX-7 GP Haga Monza helmet will be available in a limited run of just 200 examples, making it a future collectors item, with a unique paint job by Aldo Drudi, capturing the essence of Nitro Nori, and the famous Monza circuit, in distinctive graphic form. Buyers also get a T-shirt, signed by Nori Haga to complete the package.
The 200 Haga Monza edition Arai RX-7 GP lids will be on sale in September, 2009 priced at £589.99 in the UK.
