Phoenix Distribution, who import Arai helmets into the UK, have joined forces with Norton Racing, to produce a limited edition of their RX-7 GP model featuring the famous Norton rotary NRV588 road racing colours.
The Norton brand has recently been revived in the UK, with a new Commando twin and a rotary-engined racer entering `real roads’ events such as the TT and NW200 in the future. Fans of the Norton marque will want to show support by choosing the specially painted Arai RX-7 GP helmet, which features a black and silver paint scheme, with red pinstriping and a chequered band.
The helmet will only be available from Norton themselves, and orders for December delivery are now being taken.
The RX-7 GP is Arai’s latest helmet design for sportbike and long distance riders, with air diffusers, a super complex laminate construction, extremely high safety standards, comfort and a unique motorcycle racing heritage all part of the Arai experience.
