Cold Killers Hot Socks
Winter biking can be hard on both your hands and feet, with chillblains and poor circulation affecting your extremities whilst riding. This can restrict your ability to control the motorcycle, especially in an emergency. Not nice.
The cold also affects your general concentration whilst motorcycling, even causing physical pain on long journeys, so it makes sense to do everything you can to preserve heat, improve circulation, plus keep your toes working the brake and gear levers properly. That’s where Cold Killers Hot Socks prove extremely useful.
The Hot Socks feature three-layer construction, trapping air and keeping your feet insulated in cold weather. Wind chill can lower the temperature around your boots very quickly indeed, so the Cold Killers’ Softshell fabric can really help keep the foot warm and cosy. The Hot Socks also feature a water-repellent layer too, so that rain doesn’t seep through and then freeze your foot.
The socks are machine washable and have stretch panels built-in for a comfortable fit. Shoe sizes 5-12 are available.
They retail at £15.99 and can be seen on the Knox stand at the Carole Nash International Motorcycle Show this week. Or visit; www.coldkillers.co.uk
