Costa Rica tours
Costa Rica is perhaps one of the undiscovered places as regards motorcycle touring, and Moto Tours Central America have two rider places left on their June 2010 tour.
The route starts in Texas and winds its way down through Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras and then into Costa Rica. The fuel, hotels, guide service and all border crossing paperwork and fees are included in the price, which is $4495. You also get to ride a KTM LC4 dual purpose machine as part of the package. All you have to do is fly there and back and the end of your trip.
Chip Furlong who runs the tours told insidebikes; “Costa Rica hasn’t had a standing army for 60 years, it is one of the safest and most laid back of all central american nations. The tours take in visits to Mayan ruins, beautiful Spanish era churches, bustling towns and spectacular beaches, reached via winding roads. The riding is as easy, or as challenging as you want it to be.”
The trip lasts five days and nights and you can find out more at; www.eyeneo.com
