Ducati branded Toshiba gadgets

Ducati have announced a partnership deal with Toshiba, so bikers can surf the internet on a Ducati branded laptop, or catch their biking holiday DVD memories on a Duke badged camcorder.

The laptop is a Toshiba U500 satellite model, featuring a white cover with a red Ducati logo. It is 13.3″ wide, and is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, with extended battery life ( 215 minutes ) as well as rapid performance. There’s 400GB of hard disk memory, DVD slot, 2 USB ports and it also has face recognition software installed to speed up login times, how cool is that?

The slim Toshiba Camileo S10 camcorder features 1080 HD video recording, a 4GB SD memory card and a hi-def multimedia interface port, making downloading, viewing and editing that bit slicker. The Toshiba photo editing software bundled with the Camileo S10 allows users to directly upload clips to You Tube in a few easy steps.

The Camileo S10 has the famous Ducati racing logo on its ultra slim white casing, plus a splash of racing Italian red colour.

There’s no word on UK prices as yet for these limited edition products, but as the U400 Toshiba laptop currently retails at £599, the Ducati branded U500 model will probably be around 800 quid we guess. The Camileo S10 currently costs from about £90 upwards online in standard trim, so a Ducati themed edition could be around £140.
