Harris 1970s Bike Exhausts
Harris 4-into-1 exhaust systems for classic Japanese motorcycles of the 70s and 80s are being re-introduced by Norman Hyde of England.
The Harris four pipe set-up was a popular mod in the days of Seventies Superbikes, and many owners of these highly collectable machines will be keen to replace rusting original exhaust pipes with something which suits the overall age and styling of the bike.
Made in the UK, the Harris Works pipes are lighter than standard exhausts, plus offer a modest increase in noise and engine breathing. Both centre and side-stands can be retained after fitting. They have baffles fitted and meet noise regs for motorcycles manufactured before 1985.
The initial batch of Harris pipes available cover the Kawasaki Z650 and Z1000, Z1000J models, plus Suzuki’s GS1000. They retail at £339.58 per set and there are more models planned for the Harris range, depending on demand.
