Kawasaki launches online accessory store
Kawasaki has partnered with internet retail experts Shopatron to launch a new online store stocked with the latest Kawasaki branded clothing and merchandise.
The store, accessible via www.kawasaki.co.uk, allows customers to place orders via the website and have those orders processed by selected franchised Kawasaki dealers across the UK.
Kawasaki’s network of road motorcycle retailers will fulfil orders providing a welcome additional element of personal attention to the ordering process reinforcing Kawasaki’s commitment to the highest quality customer service.
“We wanted a way for our Kawasaki brand fans to easily find and purchase our products online while not losing the connection with their local dealer,” said Tim Holden, Clothing and Accessory Coordinator for Kawasaki Motors UK. “The local dealer is an essential component in our superior customer experience, and this Shopatron initiative allows us to include them seamlessly in every sale – including offering a delivery or collection service to suit our customers’
