LS2 Stardust helmet
Recently launched at the Trade Expo show, the 2010 LS2 range of helmets are made in China and offer great value for money, with a wide range of colours and styles available. The Stardust model pictured retails for around £59.99 in the UK and will probably appeal to those want to make a bold statement as they ride.
The Stardust is one of LS2’s `green’ helmet range, which they claim meets their environmental policy on sustainable product development, production and energy use. Groovy.
More importantly, the LS2 Stardust is made from thermoplastic, has both chin air intakes and rear vents to reduce misting up, a quick release chinstrap and removable, washable lining and cheek pads. The brochure claims it has a multi-position 3D face shield, but we don’t think that means you can watch Avatar whilst wearing it…
The Stardust weighs 1550g, comes in sizes XS-XXL and apart from aqua blue ( pictured ) it comes in rose pink, black and a black/white mix.
