Piaggio have the perfect solution for anyone wanting to commute to work, escaping the unreliability and expense of public transport. Scooters have been the Italian solution to traffic jams since the late 40s. But there’s more to Piaggio than their Vespa, Gilera and Piaggio machines.
If you need to carry some bits and pieces to work, then Piaggio make a handy 28 litre top case for their smaller scooters, with a 46 litre box available for the Xevo 400 maxi-scooter model.
Both these Piaggio luggage pieces are made from tough, injection-moulded plastic and feature lockable lids, plus there’s a fitting kit available too. The bigger 46 litre box also has a passenger backrest built-in, for extra two-up comfort.
The fitting kit costs £37.38, with the 28 litre case costing £49.99 in VAT. The bigger 46 litre case is £259.
