SW Motech of Germany has introduced a set of crash bars and an alloy chain guard for the Kawasaki Versys that will add to the bike’s distinctive looks and extra protection too.Crash bars offer substantial protection to vulnerable engine casings and SW Motech carefully design each model to look good on the bike while maintaining a high level of fit and performance. Mounting points are carefully selected, using the most stable points that are capable of withstanding an impact in case of an accident.

The Versys crash bars are produced in black powder coated steel and supplied with all necessary nuts and bolts plus full instructions priced at £92.32 inc. VAT.

Chain guards, meanwhile, help to protect the rear wheel against oil and spray from the chain. This item from SW-Motech is made from lightweight aluminium, giving a far more robust appearance that traditional chain guards. It mounts directly from existing fitting points and is supplied with all necessary parts for £34.91 including VAT.
