Ireland’s biggest motorcycle exhibition - The Carole Nash Irish Motorbike & Scooter Show 2009 is back in the RDS Dublin between February 27th and March 1st.
New bikes, new features, new gadgets, new fashion, competitions, and world class entertainment - it’s all on show at the RDS in Dublin for the 2009 Carole Nash Irish Motorbike and Scooter Show.
Beat the winter blues as this year’s show promises to be the biggest and best yet, with the best in two and three wheeled transport on show from electric commuters right through to performance road rockets and luxury cruisers.
Aside from the latest models to be hitting the road this year, visitors will find almost every piece of biker fashion, gadgets, training, track days and much, much more.
But this year’s show promises so much more with a huge programme of entertainment over the course of the six days.
The exciting return of World Championship Speedway to Ireland for the first time since the 1960’s will be officially announced, with machines and riders from England, Scotland, Poland and Ireland taking part in international demonstration races.
The search for the ‘Babe of the Year 2009′ in association with the Sunday World, comes to a conclusion with the girls featuring in the new Lifestyle Fashion Shows and competing live on stage for fabulous prizes in Sunday’s Grand Final.
As if that was not enough excitement for one year, there are daily performances by the Fuel Girls with their amazing stage show and when you see them in action you will realise in more ways than one why they are rated by many as the hottest act in Europe right now!
The AMD World Championship of Custom Bike Building continues to go from strength to strength with a bulging entry list of top quality machines. Once again the Best of Show will be crowned ‘AMD Irish Champion of Custom Bike Building 2009′ and wins the spectacular prize of representing Ireland at the World Championships in Sturgis USA.
Ireland’s top stunt champion, Mattie Griffin, now ranked 5th in the World Freestyle Stunt Championship and surely to become a future world champ, will be performing more heart-stopping stunts, flicks and tricks whilst Ken Fox and his Wall of Death will once again amaze and enthral the crowds.
Small and big kids alike will be able to play out their dreams of MotoGP racing on the Mini Moto track and Race Bike Simulators will give you the buzz of riding in the Isle of Man TT.
