Kawasaki to showcase entire off-road range at Carole Nash NEC Bike Show
Kawasaki Motors UK will be showcasing its entire range of off-road competition machinery for the 2010 season at the upcoming Carole Nash International Motorcycle & Scooter Show which takes place from 27th November – 6th December at the NEC in Birmingham. The announcement further underlines the show’s reputation as the premier event for leading manufacturers to unveil their latest products to bike enthusiasts and newcomers alike.
Kawasaki’s off-road presence will be complemented by the L.P.E. Kawasaki Supercross team who have announced title-challenging riders ahead of the first rounds of the 2009 / 2010 Future West ACU British Supercross Championship which will take place at the NEC on the 28th November and 5th December. Having achieved a commendable degree of success in a variety of Motocross and Enduro Championships this year, Kawasaki’s display will also feature the actual winning machines of 2009 MMX Open Champion, Kristian Whatley, and IMBA Champion, Lee Dunham.
The inclusion of Kawasaki’s entire range of off-road machinery further bolsters the Show’s decision to expand into the off-road industry. Independent research carried out at last year’s Show revealed large numbers of Bike Show visitors wanted more off-road content, whilst manufacturers and exhibitors from other events expressed an interest in expanding their market to a wider fan base.
“The KX65 is our smallest bike but don’t be fooled, it is a serious competition machine capable of winning races for the sons and daughters of proud parents,” said Kawasaki Motors UK Racing Coordinator, Ross Burridge. “Higher up the scale, we will show the small and big wheel versions of the ever popular KX85 as well as our newest four stroke machines, the awesome KX250F and KX450F plus the British Championship winning KLX450R enduro bike”.
“We’ve had a great year off-road and The Carole Nash International Motorcycle and Scooter Show is the ideal place to celebrate that success and draw more people into the wonderful and rewarding world of off-road motorcycle sport”.

The 2009 NEC Bike Show will offer an incredible selection of bikes, accessories and components with a range of truly interactive features, all of which will demonstrate to visitors of all ages what the industry has to offer. Those looking forward to Preview Day can take advantage of the £28 entry fee, which includes all the interactive features free of charge. For the remainder of the Show adults looking to book in advance will once again receive savings on the on the door price.
