Leading motorcycle tour company to give away hi-tech chain oiler kit for touring bikes
MCi Tours, celebrating their 20th anniversary in 2011, are at the Carole Nash Motorcycle Live Show, 27th November to 5th December 2010. Visitors to the MCi Tours stand, located in The Escape Zone next to the Yamaha Off-Road Experience, can win a top-of-the-range Scottoiler E-System chain-oiler kit. The prize draw is free to enter and lasts for the duration of the show.
The E-System is a battery fed chain monitoring/lubrication device, which has a digital read-out set on the motorcycle’s handlebars, measuring the g-force being fed through the chain when the throttle is twisted. It senses the pitch and vibration in the chain and meters out oil as required. The result is longer chain life, and no messy over-feeding, causing oil build up on the chain, swingarm, or rear tyre – all features of using typical spray can chain lubes.
MCi Tours boss Alastair McFarlane, who has travelled over 1.2 million miles in his motorcycle touring career, is delighted to offer the prize;
