1. Manchester Motorcycle
Show
See in the New Year with a mix of stunt action, accessory
bargains, custom bikes, live indoor trials
competitions and the latest brand new models on display at
Manchester's G-Mex arena.
2. The London Motorcycle
Show, Excel, London
The MCN backed London Motorcycle
Show has been going for years and keeps getting bigger,
star guests, performance racing specials, spares 'n' accessories,
plus a great stunt show and loads of bargains too. For 2007
the London Motorcycle Show will be the first
showing off the new 1098 Ducati sportbike In the UK, plus the
Aprilia Shiver/Mana roadsters.
3. The Irish Motorbike
Show, RDS Exhibition Centre, Dublin, Ireland
This show usually takes place in late February/early March
at the RDS complex, and features indoor stunts, Supermoto
and off-road action outdoors, as well as
a lively mix of modern machines, choppers, streetfighters
and classic bikes inside the main halls.
4. The
Scottish Motorcycle Show, Royal Highland Showground, Ingliston,
This is the premier motorcycle event North
of the border and offers bike fans the chance
to see the latest new machines including custom bikes,
scooters, trikes and a range of classics on display
in the Carole Nash sponsored Classic Pavilion. There's always
a great selection of outdoor stunt activity at the Scottish
Motorcycle Show, plus helicopter rides, mini moto,
and demo rides on both road and off-road motorcycles.

5. International Classic
Motorcycle Show, Stafford Showground, Staffordshire
Every April the very best in classic motorcycles
are on display at Stafford, along with hundreds of trade stands
selling bikes, spares, memorabilia, clothing
etc. This show attracts visitors from all over the world.
6. The BMF Show, East
of England Showground, Peterborough
The biggest outdoor motorcycle show in the
UK, attracts some 70,000 bikers in May, all keen to snap up
a bargain, watch the arena activities, or find out who has
won the Carole Nash sponsored 'Best In Show' motorcycle
awards.
7. World of Motorcycling
at Beaulieu
In late June, Lord Montagu of Beaulieu invites motorcycle
enthusiasts to enjoy a mixture of classic racers, MX and grass
track machinery in action. With the addition of modern bikes
on display, club stands, demo rides and some dramatic stunt
action in the main arena Beaulieu is of the best outdoor events
of the biking season.
8. MotoGP, Donington Park,
Leicestershire
Each July the world's top motorcycle road racers visit the
UK to put on a display of skill on Donington's high speed
curves. The 2007 season sees the introduction of the 800cc
engine limit, but the bikes should still
be hitting around 170mph on the main straight.
9. Classic Mechanics Show,
Stafford Showground, Stafford
If you're a biker of a certain age who recalls those glorious
machines from the 70s and 80s, then this is the show for you.
Usually taking place in early October, this show features
amazing restorations of classic Honda, Yamaha
and Suzuki machines, club stands, spares,
memorabilia, guest celebs and a classic motorcycle
auction.
10. The International
Motorcycle and Scooter Show, NEC Centre, Birmingham
Every October, the NEC plays host to the
big names in the UK bike industry, with new
models on show, plus the Carole Nash Custom Xtreme zone, Touring
Zone, demo rides, classics, scooters, the
best in clothing, bike security and accessories
etc. The event lasts eleven days and draws around 160,000
people.
11. The Dirt Bike Show,
Stoneleigh Park, Warks
If you like off-road bikes, or Quads,
then the Dirt Bike Show is unmissable. It's
the biggest off-road biking show
in the UK and you'll find the latest Moto
X, Trials, Enduro bikes, classic dirt bikes,
plus the very best in bike clothing, helmets, accessories,
tuning equipment and more.
