Carole Nash one of the UK and Ireland’s leading insurance brokers is looking for Customer Service and Inbound Sales Agents to join their expanding insurance team based in Salford. Our team is responsible for giving the best possible service to every person they speak to over the phone. We are looking for people who have a genuine interest in our customers and can offer and understand the full range of Carole Nash insurance policies, tailored to our customer’s needs.
The Role
– Provide our customers with an exceptional level of service
– Understand our customers and their passion for biking and other products– Meet and exceed customer’s expectations
– Ensure all documentation is issued correctly and meets our compliance levels
– Assisting the wider team maximising the opportunity for Carole Nash and our customers
About You
– Have a natural ability to build rapport
– Confident in communicating with people at all levels
– Have strong objection handling skills
– Demonstrate tenacity and drive to meet and exceed targets
– Sharp thinking and an eye for detail
– Computer literate
