BIKERS…START YOUR ENGINES FOR NATIONAL CLASSIC CAR & BIKE DAY

national-classic-car-bike-day.jpg

As you know, we bikers don’t need an excuse to kit up and hit the open road but there’s genuinely no better reason tomorrow than to celebrate National Classic Car & Bike Day.

Created by BBC Radio 2 Breakfast DJ Chris Evans, the inaugural event is designed to commemorate all classics great and small and is encouraging owners to provide lifts in exchange for donations handed to BBC Children In Need.

Supporting the initiative, we’re giving our customers a helping hand to celebrate by providing all policy holders with commuter cover as standard for the day. So there’s absolutely no excuse for not taking part and ultimately…who wouldn’t want to?!

Carole Nash products and marketing director, Nick Baker, said; “Like us Chris is hugely passionate about classic vehicles and we wanted to really get behind National Classic Car & Bike Day by offering our riders the security to take part and raise funds for Children In Need.”

Starting at 12.00am tomorrow, all policies will be amended for 24 hours to include commuter cover as standard which will revert back to its original agreement once National Classic Car & Bike Day is over.

Best of all there’s absolutely no additional cost although if you are taking part we recommend that you call one of our representatives to confirm your exact level of cover.

Don’t forget to share your pics with insidebikes and we hope that like us, you thoroughly enjoy the first of many National Classic Car & Bike Days! Get more information on our classic bike insurance cover.
