At Carole Nash, we’re happy to confirm that 2015 FIM Superbike World Champion, Jonathan Rea has renewed his contract as an ambassador. We’ve proudly sponsored him for a number of years and are confident he’ll have a wonderful 2017. Having won many accolades in his biking career, Jonathan has established himself as one of the most talented racers in the world.

Jonathan started racing from a young age, winning the British 60cc Motocross Championship at the age of 10. His first team was the Red Bull Rookies and in 2003 he took part in the British 125cc Championship. Despite a crash injury in 2004, it didn’t stop him from competing in the British Superbike class in 2005. He rode a Honda and showed his potential by taking a pole position and finished 16th.

Jonathan moved through the rankings to finish 4th in 2006 and 2nd in 2007. He transitioned to the Supersport World Championship in 2008 and had a very successful 2009 season by winning the World Superbike championship.

In 2010 and 2011, Jonathan suffered injuries but that didn’t stop him from bouncing back. In 2015, he joined Kawasaki and went on to earn the greatest victory of his career. He secured the FIM World Superbike Championship with a total of 14 wins. He was so dominant that he won the title by finishing in 4th place in Jerez when there were still five races left in the season.

2016 continued to be a successful year, with Jonathan celebrating victories in Thailand, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and America. 2017 is proving to be a great year, as Jonathan has earned four wins in the latest FIM World Championship campaign in Thailand. He came first in the Chang International Circuit and built on his momentum to bring his career wins to a total of 42.

Jonathan’s talent is remarkable and it makes him a gifted racer. To keep up with his future races, you can check out his website.
