Orange County Choppers have announced their intention to go into production with two cruiser bikes, at the V-Twin Trade Expo in the USA. MPN magazine reported the following news item;
The Teutel clan hopes to take their limited edition production bike line to new heights, starting with the introduction of two new models at the V-Twin Expo in Cincinnati, which ended Monday.

The OCC crew kicked off the weekend with a celebration at the Hyatt where they took the wraps off the Sweet Amber and the SR Cruiser with the lenses of the TLC camera crews at the ready. But there’s no need to wait for the latest edition of their ubiquitous cable show to see the bikes if you missed the show, we’ve got some of the first published shots of the bikes right here.

The Sweet Amber blends style and performance incorporating a bomb-proof Baker 6-speed transmission, an oil tank integrated into the frame, suicide pipes and original OCC flow-out chrome wheels. The powerplant is EPA-certified (remember this is a production bike), even though the 21-inch front and 300 rear tire scream full custom. Making perhaps an even bigger splash (literally) at the show was the SR Cruiser, the company’s first-ever bagger.

The guys have stayed true to what your bagger customers crave – stability, storage and comfort but they’ve mixed in big gas tank, side-mounted twin exhaust pipes, an all new EPA-certified X-Wedge engine from S&S and a custom frame wide enough to accommodate a 240 rear tire and some nicely sculpted hard bags. While the production line is limited, there are still some opportunities for interested dealers.
