Gear up for a summer celebration of biking at Bexhill MotoFest 2017
Where better for a summer celebration of all things bike than the birthplace of British motorcycle racing itself? Bexhill MotoFest 2017 in East Sussex promises a petrolhead-pleasing package of motorbikes, music and much more on July 30, so gear up for a great time!
Known as the home of British bike racing, Bexhill-on-Sea was the place to be for Edwardian bikers, who would race along the prom back in the early 1900s. Now, over a century later, the coastal resort comes abuzz with bikers every summer for this fantastic fixture in the local motorcycling calendar.
Bags of biking booty at Bexhill MotoFest 2017
Ready to feast your eyes on an array of beautiful bikes and all manner of biking booty? Clubs, dealerships and traders from East Sussex and beyond turn out in force for the festival, so prepare to drool over classic and custom machines and all the latest models from your favourite marques.
Suzuki, BMW and Harley-Davidson machines will be on show, along with a whole host of electric bikes, providing a glimpse into motorcycling’s carbon-free future. There are always some extra-special bikes in attendance, too – keep an eye on the official Facebook page to see just what will be on display on the day.
Check out Zona Italia to browse an assortment of Italian models from the likes of Ducati, as well as a show-stopping Mondial machine – the centrepiece of this year’s Motorcycle as Art display.
Fantastic family fun at Bexhill MotoFest 2017
Bring the whole family along to Bexhill for a brilliant time by the beach – there’s loads to see and do during the day, including tons of trade stalls to browse, food and drink stands, safety demonstrations and what’s set to be a thrilling family-friendly stunt display in the car park. Plus, it’s all for a good cause – the festival raises money for local charities, including KSS Air Ambulance.
Live bands will be entertaining the crowds from around 10.30am onwards, with Stoned – the south-east’s answer to the Rolling Stones – headlining the event. Heavyweight rock and blues band 62 Stone are also confirmed for the festival and more bands are set to be announced over the coming weeks.
A day of bikes by the beach is a fantastic excuse to spend some time on the sand and catch some rays, so soak up the sun and enjoy the atmosphere when you want a break from the crowds.
Will you be a winner with Carole Nash?
The Carole Nash crew will be in attendance on the day, so pop over to our stand and say Hi. We’ll be running a fantastic Free Prize Draw*, so make sure you enter and you could walk away a winner! Even if you don’t scoop our brilliant biking prize, you can still pick up a goodie bag for your trouble!
See you in Bexhill for belting bike bonanza and a full day of family fun!
