This year’s Brightona will take place on Sunday, 12 October along the Madeira Drive in Brighton. This is the largest Brightona event, organised to raise all-important funds for the Sussex Heart Charity.
Thousands of people visit Brighton’s infamous seafront each year to celebrate Brightona, which is now in its 11th year. This year, there will be a huge display of bikes, scooters, quads and trikes. There will also be a custom bike show and a hot rod display.
Visitors can expect to find plenty of trade stalls at the event, where they will be able to stock-up on their biking gear – clothes, accessories, parts and memorabilia. There will be live music taking place all day across three different stages, so don’t forget to pack your dancing shoes!
The Wall of Death will be bringing its nail-biting show to Brightona, with the fearless stunt ensemble pulling an array of daredevil tricks inches from spectators’ faces.
‘Brightona charity riders’ is a registered charity and since its inception in 2004 it has managed to raise over £145,000 for the Sussex Heart Charity. The money has helped with the purchasing of vital medical equipment, which has been used to improve the lives of hundreds of people. Brightona organises events throughout the year, with the October date being the largest one.
