Scotland’s marquee motorcycle show – sponsored by Yours Truly – returned to Edinburgh’s Royal Highland Centre last weekend and…what a show that was!

From high-profile guests to the unveiling of many new models by the manufacturers in attendance via a live stunt show, there were plenty exciting activities for Scottish motorbike fans to take part in over the course of the weekend.

Road racing legends John McGuinness and Niall Mackenzie, as well as always-popular Steve Parrish, were warmly welcomed by the crowd, with many visitors enjoying the opportunity to get a photo with these famous names…including the Carole Nash Crew!

Among the new models on display were Ducati’s next-generation Multistrada 1200 and Triumph’s new 800cc Tigers, bristling with top-spec equipment and designed to deliver whatever you want, no matter how you ride.

Also unveiled to the Scottish public throughout the show were Suzuki’s GSX-S1000, Yamaha’s MT-09 Tracer, MT-07 Moto Cage models, and 2015 YZF-R1; Kawasaki’s Ninja H2, making its official debut in Scotland; Honda’s 2015 Fireblade SP (resplendent in Repsol race colours) and CBR650F in its new tri-colour paint scheme.

Pulses certainly went through the roof for those who witnessed the live action show put on by celebrated stunt motorcyclist Kevin Carmichael (a truly breath-taking event!), while those who favoured a trip down memory lane had the opportunity to visit a special exhibit dedicated to the late Mike Hailwood and hosted by his son David – with bikes, trophies and other memorabilia on display.

Our stand was another popular attraction, with the Carole Nash Crew receiving a lot of attention, as they always do!

We had some fantastic custom bikes on display, courtesy of Shaw Harley-Davidson – a modified JPS Softail and Fat Track Harley-Davidson Sportster.

All in all, an absolutely amazing weekend in Scotland and we cannot wait to be back next year!
