Manchester Bike Show 2019 sets new records
A whopping 17,500 visitors crammed into Manchester’s EventCity venue for the eighth annual Manchester Bike Show – a new record for what has quickly become one of the north’s largest and most anticipated gatherings of bike lovers.
With so many bike fans visiting Carole Nash’s home city, there was no keeping us away from these fantastic two days just up the road from Carole Nash HQ, especially with such brilliant weather adding the finishing touch to a glorious weekend!
As ever, there was the full range of bikes on display. Whether you’re a fan of modern, racing, classic, custom or off-road models, you were certainly well catered for at this cracking event.
New models from the world’s biggest bike manufacturers
Perhaps unsurprisingly, it was the big boys of the biking scene that grabbed the bulk of attention. World famous brands including Yamaha, Ducati, CCM and Suzuki all had their latest models on display, drawing envious glances from bike fans young and old alike.
Elsewhere, the retail village proved a dream area for bargain hunters, with more than 100 exhibitors offering a full range of cut-price accessories, parts, leathers and helmets.
But it was the stunt shows that arguably left the biggest impression on anyone lucky enough to see the action close-up. The riders clearly knew their stuff, thrilling the crowd with a breathtaking range of one- and two-wheel tricks that generated gasps and cheers in equal measure!
Celebrating with a lucky winner at the Carole Nash tent stand
The full Carole Nash team was out in force at Manchester Bike Show 2019, giving away piles and piles of our famous goodie bags and answering insurance questions from anyone looking to understand more about their policy options – whatever their bike.
And for one lucky visitor, the trip to the Carole Nash stand proved particularly profitable. Tony from Settle was the lucky winner of our free prize draw, walking away with a £250 voucher to use against his next car or bike insurance premium with Carole Nash!
All in all, it was a fantastic 48 hours at EventCity. We’ve got next year’s dates already circled in our diaries. We’ll see you there!
