This year’s Retro Stop Over will take place on 9 – 10 August at the Uttoxeter Racecourse in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire. The event, now in its 3rd year, is a celebration of all things retro and will feature classic cars, scooters, motorbikes, bikes, and USA and military vehicles from the fifties all the way through to the noughties!

We are proud sponsors of the fantastic event, and alongside some real classics visitors can expect trade stalls, displays, autojumbles, a ‘show-n-shine,’ pedal-powered cruises, and a whole host of food and drink outlets. The trade village will be open from noon on Saturday until late Sunday afternoon, and visitors will be able to find everything from retro clothing and memorabilia to show t-shirts and vehicle spares.

The show is a family-friendly event with plenty going on for the kids to enjoy, including trampolines, inflatables, bouncy castles and a disco. On Saturday night, there will be entertainment in the form of a Stone Roses vs Oasis tribute band battle-off.

The Retro Stop Over is the sister event to The Bus Stop Over, which celebrated its 11th birthday in June with an action-packed show at the same location. We’ll be bringing our spark plug challenge to The Retro Stop Over, so make sure you’re there if you want to be in with a chance of winning a stunning Triumph Spitfire.

Advanced weekend tickets cost just £10 per adult including camping. Children under 16 go free if accompanied by a paying adult. Tickets cost more on the gate. To buy tickets and for more information visit the event website.
