One of the events will be a motorcycle ride-out and the other will be a football day. Both will seek to raise funds for the charity which helps teenagers with cancer.
The football day at Burntwood Rugby Club starts at 11:30am with a game between the Burntwood Dragons and Chasetown Juniors. Nearly 200 children of various ages will take part. This event will be free to watch, with participants asked to make a car park donation of just £2.
The Stephen's Story Ride-Out motorbike ride will take place on the same day. Last year Stephen was among the participants in the event, joined by nearly 150 people, helping to raise more than £5,500.
This year's bike ride will start from Lichfield Rugby Club at 11am and will head out on a 26-mile trip. The ride will encompass Tamworth, Alrewas, Kings Bromley and Lichfield and will finish at Chase Terrace Technology College around 50 minutes later.
When the trip ends at Chase Terrace, food at the Wych Elm will be made available for all participants and later there will be an auction of items including motorcycle memorabilia and a signed Aston Villa shirt.
Stephen's mum Jane will also take part in the ride-out, as a passenger on the lead motorcycle.
Organisers of the event expect to see around 500 bikes and over 20 Austin 7s participating.
Stephen had hoped to join the ride but his condition worsened. The event will now take place every year and there will be a pillion seat bearing his name.
