We are delighted to announce Carole Nash will be the ‘Official Insurance Partner’ of the British Superbike Championship ahead of its 30th anniversary season.
As a result of the exclusive partnership, Carole Nash customers will be able to enjoy a number of exclusive VIP experiences in 2026. The motorcycle insurance specialist will be the series’ ‘Official Insurance Partner’, opening up a whole host of behind-the-scenes opportunities for policy holders to enjoy alongside the racing.
Not only will some lucky Carole Nash customers enjoy free tickets to the races, but a package of VIP experiences gets them closer to the action and on the actual asphalt on which the action takes place. As well as hospitality packages, winners can experience the tension of a BSB race through a guided grid walk, just minutes before the lights go out, or explore the circuits first hand through high speed laps in the BMW safety car, and even pillion laps as a passenger of a professional ex-racer.
Carole Nash branding will feature prominently at all 11 rounds of the championship, with the Donington Park meeting on 15-17 May dubbed the ‘Carole Nash’ round, while customers will also be able to ride the iconic circuits on their own bikes – with parade laps arranged for several rounds and a series of five dedicated track days at four of Britain’s most famous race tracks between April and September. Guests will be enjoy lapping Brands Hatch, Cadwell Park, and Oulton Park, as well as Donington Park, which will host two BSB Track Days by MSVT on the full Grand Prix layout.

The 2026 British Superbike Championship promises to be one of the best yet, with a roster of top-class teams and riders fighting it out over 33 races. First introduced in 1996, the series celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. Over those three decades, the series has established itself as the world’s best domestic superbike championship, with unique technical regulations creating close racing on the UK’s quirky undulating racetracks.
Former 500cc Grand Prix rider Niall Mackenzie won the first three championships, helping the fledgling series gain international recognition. A relatively unknown Troy Bayliss succeeded him in 1999, the Australian would later go on to become a three-time world superbike champion and MotoGP race winner, while 2000 saw a monumental battle between Neil Hodgson and Chris Walker, which was only decided when Walker’s Suzuki broke down in the final race of the year.
The series would provide a whole stream of world superbike champions over the years. Hodgson added a world title to his CV in 2003, while James Toseland and Jonathan Rea also cut their teeth in the British series.
This year’s 30th anniversary line up is stacked with talent, with no fewer than six former champions on the grid. Kyle Ryde, champ in 2024 and 2025, switches from Yamaha to Ducati for his second title defence, with 2018 champion Leon Haslam, his successor Scott Redding and 2023 winner Tommy Bridewell also lining up on the latest iteration of the Italian company’s Panigale V4R, along with multiple race winner Glenn Irwin.
Yamaha are again likely to have a strong line up, with 2022 champion Bradley Ray heading the R1 charge on the McAMS sponsored Raceways Motorcycles machine, with race winner Christian Iddon switching to the dominant R1 after a season riding Kawasaki. Northern Ireland’s TAS Racing team are also expected to run Yamahas this season, with former race winners Rory Skinner and Danny Kent, the 2015 Moto3 world champion, rumoured to be in the hot seats.
Honda Racing return with a top team of Jason O’Halloran and Ryan Vickers, two more race winners, while Kawasaki’s official squad switch from the ZX-10RR Ninja to the bimota KB998 Rimini for young chargers Max Cook and Joe Talbot. BMW are represented again by Peter Hickman and Davey Todd’s 8TEN Racing team, which will again combine BSB duties with an assault on the Isle of Man TT Races.
It’s all set to kick off on the Bank Holiday weekend of 2-4 May, when round one of the 2026 British Superbike Championship takes place at Cheshire’s historic Oulton Park circuit.
