Triumph have always had a soft spot for limited editions and snazzy colour schemes and they don’t look like they’re going to be stopping anytime soon. The British company realised it was on to a good thing with the Gold Line editions from earlier this year, which has led to their latest release - the limited edition Chrome Collection. Covering everything from the gargantuan Rocket 3s to the entry level Bonnevilles, these models will be on sale for one year only and come with some neat touches too.
As the name suggests, each machine gets chrome treatment and also a selection of special badging and detailing depending on the model, alongside a few other little tweaks such as side panels, mudguards and a few other neat features as well. The range includes the Rocket 3 R, the Rocket 3 GT, the Bonneville T120, Bonneville T100, Bonneville Bobber, the Scrambler 1200 XE, Bonneville Speedmaster, Speed Twin 900 and the Scrambler 1200, which covers a huge span of Triumph’s current classic and cruiser ranges.
The machines are priced between £8495 and £22,200 and all come in less than a £1000 premium over the standard machines, which doesn’t seem too bad when you consider how much it would cost to customise your bike with a lick of chrome. They’re available to order now and will be hitting dealerships at the end of this year.
