Motorcycle Live is in the process of reinventing itself – and we’ll be there, celebrating our 40th anniversary and supporting our industry’s biggest show in Birmingham this November.
The event’s transformation started last year, with a focus on a more festival feeling and with a range of non-motorcycle specific entertainment added to broaden the appeal beyond the hardcore motorcyclist. Live music and higher quality food and drink created chill out zones beyond the halls of new metal, while the traditional stage set-up was supplemented with more intimate ‘zones’ where experts hosted their ‘labs’ throughout the nine-day event.
Where previously there had been a large focus on racing, the new zones (hosted by TV presenters Grace Webb and James Whitham) covered everything from design and engineering, adventure travel, classic motorcycling and, of course, racing, with a nod to the new generation of social media content creators. It really does represent all sub-genres of 21st century motorcycling.

This year we expect to see an expansion of 2024’s ideas, with bigger and better live action shows from the freestyle motocrossers and trials riders, more Expert Lab interviews and free rides on the MotoGP simulators for all visitors. Of course the old favourites will also be there, with most of 2026’s new bikes on display in the UK for the first time, with the added ability to take some of the latest machines out on the road for test rides. It may have some new attractions to appeal to the whole family, but biking is still very much at the core of this enduring event.
We’re looking forward to seeing how Motorcycle Live’s collaboration with Bauer Media, owners of the weekly Motorcycle News newspaper pans out. Bauer have drawn the curtains on its own motorcycle shows, with the final MCN London Motorcycle Show having taken place in February. Instead they’re putting their not inconsiderable weight behind the Birmingham show, and it will be interesting to see what features and promotions they come up with when the doors open on Saturday 15 November.
And we will be there too! For the first time since the pandemic, Carole Nash will be exhibiting at Motorcycle Live. Going to shows and meeting our customers has always been a huge part of the Carole Nash DNA, ever since Carole herself set up the company 40 years ago, and we’re so looking forward to getting back out there and meeting you all.

We’re currently finalising our plans but already we’ve got plenty lined up. Come along to pick up a goodie bag and play our interactive bike simulator, where you’ll have an opportunity to lap a virtual version of the Silverstone British Grand Prix circuit, with the fastest player walking off with a £440 first prize.
We’ll also have an iconic Kawasaki GPz900R Ninja on display, the fastest bike of the time when Carole Nash set up shop in 1985, and it’ll be a last chance to win a Yamaha MT-07 Y-AMT in our prize draw giveaway.
Each day our artist will be creating custom airbrush tattoos on our stand, as we’re celebrating our 40th anniversary, the first 40 visitors to our stand will receive an extra special VIP gift bag. We’ll also be launching some exciting new motorcycle insurance products during the show too, so why not come along for a chat and find out how we can give your pride and joy the care it deserves in ’26.
As always, we’ll keep you updated through our social media channels, so don’t forget to follow us and be the first to find out. You might even win some tickets to come and see us for free!
