Terms and Conditions:

The Promoter is: Carole Nash which is the trading name of Carole Nash Insurance Consultants Ltd. Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under firm reference number 307243. 1. The prize is one New 2025 Yamaha MT-07 Y-AMT motorbike worth over £8,000.
2. To enter the prize draw you must obtain a quote for a motorcycle policy in your name directly through www.carolenash.com or our call centre and you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. This offer is not available for policies generated through Price Comparison sites.
3. No purchase necessary. Customers with an active policy at the specified end date will also be entered into the prize draw.
4. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 21 and over who have a full UK motorcycle licence. All conditions are to be met at the time of the quote.
5. One entry per individual – should you obtain multiple quotes during this time, only the first quote completed will be counted.
6. To qualify for entry, you must get a quote between 3^rd March 2025, 00:00 and 30^th November 2025, 23:59pm to be entered into the prize draw. OR have an active policy as of 30^th November 2025, after this date no further entries to the prize draw will be accepted.
7. Prize includes what is stated, for avoidance of doubt, travel, expenses, accommodation and additional purchases do not form part of the prize draw.
8. Collection of the Yamaha MT-07 Y-AMT motorbike will be agreed with the winner.
9. The bike seen in promotional materials may not be the specific bike the winner will receive, however the winner will receive a bike of the same model and specification.
10. The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for insurance. 
11. The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within 10 working days of the closing date. The winner will only be contacted by us, through the official Carole Nash channels. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 working days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
12. The promoter will notify the winner shortly after the prize draw has ended to attain additional information to register the motorcycle in the winner's name and arrange delivery or pick up.
13. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
14. In the unlikely event that the advertised bike is not available a suitable alternative will be offered.
15. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
16. The prize can be withdrawn at any time.
17. Carole Nash is part of the group of companies owned by Markerstudy Group Limited who have a direct holding in our business. Employees of Markerstudy Group Limited or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw, helping to set up the prize draw, shall not be permitted to enter the prize draw.  
18. The winner will be chosen from all entries received by and automated random number generation process and verified by the promotor and/or its agents and overseen by and independently appointed person. 19. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent for further information please see our privacy policy.
20. The winner agrees that their name and/or image along with a reference to what has been won, in relation to the prize draw, may be used by Carole Nash for media purposes, promotional materials and on the website and social channels. The winner may also be asked for a quote to be used in relation to the promotion. Please refer to our privacy policy for further details.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, global pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.
22. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
24. Entry into the prize draw by you (the entrant), will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
