The Promoter is: Carole Nash, a trading name of Carole Nash Insurance Consultants Ltd. Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under firm reference number 307243. Company registration number: 2600841. Registered address: Embankment West Tower, 101 Cathedral Approach, Salford, Greater Manchester, M3 7FB (“we”, “our”, “the Promoter”). The Promoter is part of the Markerstudy Group of Companies.

1. This prize draw is run by the Promoter.
2. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 21 and over who have a full UK motorcycle licence, except the Promoter’s employees and Markerstudy Group employees, their relatives and agents organising or promoting the prize draw. All conditions are to be met at the time of the quote. Proof of identity and eligibility may be required.
3. To enter the prize draw you must obtain a quote for a motorcycle policy in your name directly through www.carolenash.com or our call centre and you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. This offer is not available for quotes generated through Price Comparison sites. No purchase necessary. Customers with an active policy at the specified end date will also be entered into the prize draw.
4. Entries will open from 6^th January 2026, 13:00pm (“Opening Time”) and close at 30^th November 2026, 23:59pm (“Closing Time”). If you enter the prize draw either before the Opening Time or after the Closing Time your entry will not be accepted.
5. These terms and conditions apply to the prize draw to win: one New 2026 Yamaha R7 motorbike worth over £9,500 (the “Prize(s)”). The Prize is subject to availability, change and substitution at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
6. Prize includes what is stated, for avoidance of doubt, travel, expenses, accommodation and additional purchases do not form part of the prize draw. The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for insurance.
7. One entry per individual – should you obtain multiple quotes during this time, only the first quote completed will be counted.
8. There will be one winner. The winner will be chosen from all entries received by and automated random number generation process and verified by the promotor and/or its agents and overseen by and independently appointed person.
9. The Winner will be notified via telephone and/or email within 10 working days of Closing Date. The winner will only be contacted by the Promoter, through the official Carole Nash channels.
10. Collection of the Yamaha R7 motorbike will be agreed with the winner.
11. If the Winner cannot be contacted, does not claim the prize within 10 working days of notification or if the Prize is declined, the Prize shall be deemed as unaccepted, and a supplementary Winner may be chosen at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not properly received for whatever reason.
13. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no alternative will be offered.
14. The prize draw cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

Any personal data relating to the Winner or any other entrants will be used solely to administer the prize draw and in accordance with the Data Protection Terms found at the bottom of this page.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw, the Prize and/or these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, global pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. The Promoter also reserves the right to disqualify any entrants who do not comply with these terms and conditions.
17. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into in respect of the Promoter’s decision.
18. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
19. Entry into the prize draw by you (the entrant), will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
20. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability for a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence and b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
21. Subject to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for damages or losses to persons, the Winner, or of property, which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, loss, ownership and/or use of the Prize and/or use.

Your personal information will be collected and processed by us and where applicable, our service providers and suppliers, for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the prize draw This includes contacting you to verify your identity and notifying you when you win.

Consent to Use of Winner’s Personal Data for Promotional Purposes

If you are the Winner, we may wish to post stories or images relating to your win, including your picture or video, in the following:

• Social Media posts (such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram)
• Marketing material for the Promoter’s brands e.g. on our social media accounts, e-newsletters and websites.

If you are the Winner, you will be contacted separately following conclusion of the prize draw at which point you will be given more information about the promotional stories we wish to post and your written consent will be sought.

By entering the prize draw, you acknowledge that any personal information provided by you in connection with the prize draw will be processed as set out in the Data Protection Terms above and in accordance with our Privacy Notice, which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject.
