Carole Nash, proud sponsors of Mondello Park’s Classic & Vintage Car Festival 2024

Mondello Festival 2022 track

The team here at Carole Nash are immensely proud to sponsor this unmissable highlight of the racing calendar for the third year in a row.

As Ireland’s only historic motor racing event to celebrate decades of classic & vintage race cars and bikes, enthusiasts of all ages will experience an evolutionary journey through a bygone era. Over two days, thousands will feast their eyes on everything from sleek 1920s automotives to the revolutionary rides of the swinging ‘60s.

Colm Tully, Managing Director of Carole Nash Ireland said “Carole Nash are extremely proud to be supporting the Historic Festival at Mondello Park once again and are delighted to be back for our third year! Having operated in Ireland for over 25 years, we are committed to supporting our local communities and customers – the Historic Festival allows us the opportunity to do both. A fantastic occasion for all the family, celebrating local motorsport in the heart of the community – let’s just hope the weather behaves itself!”

Vintage and classic cars will race live on track, with highly skilled, adrenaline-fuelled contenders going head-to-head for the Dublin Grand Prix Trophy, the St. Brigid's Trophy, and the Birrane Perpetual Trophy. We’re particularly looking forward to the famously feisty pre-war Sports Car race.

Off-track there’s plenty to keep pulses racing. Think classic and vintage car shows, passenger laps with motorsport stars, and a homage to Jaguar who’re celebrating 75 years of Jaguar Sports cars this year.

If all that wasn’t enough, swing and brass bands will bring a carnival atmosphere to the event, whilst the thrills of a vintage funfair and an array of street food vendors will make sure there’s something for absolutely everyone to enjoy.
