1. The Prize is 1 x new Yamaha MT-09. To enter you must get a quote for a motorcycle policy in your name through www.carolenash.com or through our call centre and you will be automatically entered into the prize draw, no purchase necessary. Customers with an active policy at the specified end date will also be entered into the draw. One entry per person.
2. You must get a quote between 7^th March 2024 00:00 and 31^st October 2024, 23:59 to be entered into the prize draw. OR have an active policy as of 31^st October 2024, after this date no further entries to the prize draw will be accepted.
3. The draw will take place within 10 working days of the closing date (31^st October 2024 23:59)
4. This offer is not available for policies generated through Price Comparison sites.
5. The bike seen in promotional materials is not the specific bike the winner will receive however the winner will receive a bike of the same model, specification and colour.
6. The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for insurance. 
7. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 21 and over who have a full UK motorcycle licence.
8. The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 working days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
9. The promoter will notify the winner shortly after the prize draw has ended to attain additional information to register the motorcycle in the winner's name and arrange delivery or pick up.
10.  No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
11. The prize draw is not transferable and no alternative will be offered.
12. The prize draw cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
13. The prize draw can be withdrawn at any time.
14. The winner will only be contacted by us. We will never request personal information is submitted via a third-party site or ask for bank details.
15. Employees of Atlanta Insurance Intermediaries Limited, Atlanta Retail Brands and Carole Nash Insurance Consultants Ltd or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw or helping to set up the prize draw shall not be permitted to enter the prize draw.
16. The winner will be chosen from all entries received by an automated random number generation process and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents and overseen by an independently appointed person. 17. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent for further information please see our privacy policy.
18. The winner agrees that their name and/or image along with a reference to what has been won, in relation to the prize draw, may be used by Carole Nash for media purposes, promotional materials and on the website and social channels. The winner may also be asked for a quote to be used in relation to the promotion. Please refer to our privacy policy for further details.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, global pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.
20. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
22. Entry into the prize draw by you (the entrant), will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
