Renew your policy safely and securely online
In your renewals portal you can:
- Renew your Car or Bike policy 24/7, on any device
- Choose how you’d like to pay for your insurance
- Ask questions or get help in Live Chat
To get started, you’ll just need the policyholder’s full name and date of birth, and your broker reference number. You can find this information on your renewal invitation.
About Online Renewals
To renew online, you’ll need the following information. This can be found on your renewal invitation, or your other policy documents.
- The policyholder’s full name
- Your Broker Reference Number (you can find this on your renewal invitation marked ‘Carole Nash Insurance Broker Reference’)
- The policyholder’s date of birth
We’ll also ask you to enter an email address, so that we can send your documents to you.
If you’d like someone to guide you through the portal, just let us know by starting a Live Chat. Our friendly team can give you step-by-step instructions, and will stay on the chat until your renewal is complete.
We’re online at the following times:
- Monday to Friday: 9am-6pm
- Saturday: 9am-5pm
If your circumstances have changed, such as your address or annual mileage, or the details on your renewal invitation are incorrect, please renew over the phone by calling 0333 005 2222.
To make sure your policy remains valid and provides you with the best possible protection, it's essential that you let us know of any changes to your circumstances (or the circumstances of anyone else insured on the policy).
Important changes include, but are not limited to:
- Change of address
- Vehicle modification(s)
- Motoring convictions or accidents
- Additional riders (or their details)
- Estimated annual mileage
This includes any changes to the information set out in your Statement of Fact, Certificate of Motor Insurance, or Policy Schedule.
If you're not sure whether to report any change, please ask our team when you renew on 0333 005 2222. We may reassess your cover and premium as a result of any important information you give.
You can use a new card to pay in full.
Just select your preferred payment option on the ‘Your Payment Options’ page, then enter your new card details when prompted.
We will post a renewal invite to you at least 21 days before your renewal date.
You can find the expiry date of your insurance on your Certificate of Motor Insurance. If you can't find this, have any other questions, please let us know by starting a Live Chat.To save you time and hassle, we may automatically renew your policy for you. Please check your renewal invite when it arrives to ensure all details are correct and check how the policy will renew, as you may need to contact us.
