Two tiers of cover are available, plus optional extras, so you can find a policy that protects your motorbike the way you want to.
Platinum – This is our base level of cover which includes features such as EU cover, a 24 hours a day seven days a week Emergency Accident Helpline, new bike replacement, and more. You’ll also benefit from Motor Legal Cover and European Breakdown Cover, including At Home Assistance.
Diamond – Our premium level of cover includes all the benefits of our Platinum policies but with added Personal Accident Cover (up to £21,000).
What comes as standard with Motorbike Cover through Carole Nash?

New Bike Replacement – If your bike is less than six months old and declared a total loss, a replacement bike will be provided.
Bike Accessory cover - gives peace of mind that an unlimited number of your bike’s permanently attached accessories are protected in the event of an accident. They’d also be covered if they were to be maliciously damaged or vandalised.
Breakdown cover, including At Home Assistance - From dead batteries to flat tyres, breakdown cover gives you peace of mind that you can call for help if you find yourself in a pickle.
Motor Legal Expenses cover - Legal fees would be paid up to your cover limit if you were in a motorbike accident that wasn’t your fault.
Personal Accident cover
Included in Diamond tier policies, with Personal Accident cover you’re insured against accidental bodily injury if you’re involved in a motorcycle accident. Tailored to motorcycle riders, Personal Accident cover through Carole Nash protects you and any named driver in the event of specified serious injuries or death.
Optional Extras
Helmet & Leathers cover – covers your helmet, leathers, and boots if they’re damaged in the event of an accident.
Return your excess insurance – claim back up to £500 in excess costs if your motorbike is stolen or damaged, or you’re involved in an accident that’s your fault.
