Carole Nash, the UK’s favourite motorcycle insurance broker, will be heading up to Scotland this weekend for the next big event on the motorcycling calendar. The Carole Nash MCN Scottish Motorcycle Show will take place from 10-11 March 2012 at the Royal Highland Centre, Ingliston, Edinburgh and will offer a fun-filled day for bike enthusiasts and their families. The show offers something for everyone with extreme rides, stunt shows, inflatables, mini motos and much more to keep the crowds entertained.
The Carole Nash MCN Scottish Motorcycle Show will showcase the latest bikes from manufacturers including BMW, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki, Triumph, Victory and Yamaha and more. Bike fans will be able to try the new models for size and start planning a wish list for their next machine. There will be daily guest appearances on the Knockhill celebrity stage, including MotoGP commentator Steve Parrish, who will be talking about his racing career and the 2011/2012 MotoGP seasons.
On the Carole Nash stand, bike insurance experts will be present offering advice on the best motorcycle polices available. Whether it’s a sportsbike, a tourer or a vintage classic sat in the garage, Carole Nash can provide competitive motorcycle cover with a whole host of benefits, such as UK and European accident and breakdown cover – including Homestart – a dedicated UK call centre and a free DNA+ anti-theft kit on all policies.

The Scottish crowds will also be treated to some thrilling stunt action with an exciting display set to defy the laws of physics. Two of the very best in two-wheeled crowd-pleasers, Broke FMX and Kevin Carmichael, will be performing throughout the weekend in the two dedicated action zones. There will also be plenty of action with the first round of the Scottish Supermoto Championship, where tarmac and dirt meet in head-to-head action.
For classic bike fans, the Classic Pavilion is the place to be. With a new and improved layout for 2012, it will host a fantastic display of around 70 bikes. Custom models will also play a large part in the event with stands and displays from some of the leading names offering advice for all levels of interest.
The show is open from 9am-5pm on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 March. Tickets are available in advance for £12 adult, £7 for seniors and under-15′s get in free!
