Earlier this year we once again showed our support to the brilliant initiative that is, Ride To Work Week.

The brainchild of the Motorcycle Industry Association (MCIA), the nationwide scheme – celebrating its 17th anniversary in 2015 – aims to encourage people to ride on two wheels to work with a view to highlighting the many benefits that motorcycling presents.

We threw everything we had behind the project and offered all existing policyholders free of charge commuting cover for Ride to Work Day on Monday 15 June.

Always up for pushing the boundaries and having some fun, we also decided to unveil a brand new prototype of office desks…the Motodesk. An impressive piece of furniture specially designed to fit any type of motorcycle, it allows a rider to do their work from the comfort of their bike seat!

This was a major success with our colleagues and after appearing in many media outlets and creating a lot of buzz on social media channels, our quirky creation also led to us receiving many calls from bikers eager to get their hands on the now-famous Motodesk!
