If you purchased your Car Insurance policy after 21st October 2023, or is set to renew after 20th November 2023, you can now manage your policy online.

The easiest and quickest way to access your policy information is through My Account, where customers are already managing their policies safely and securely online.

What can I do in My Account?

Account Help

You will need to ensure you have registered for an online account. You can only register for an online account if you have a Car Insurance policy which you purchased after 21st October 2023, or which is set to renew after 20th November.

If you haven't done so already, you can register now.

  1. Head to the My Account Login Page 
  2. Enter your email address/username and password 
  3. Click 'Log In'

If all of your details are correct, you will be taken to your policy Overview page where you can find all of the policies you have with us.

You can only register for an online account if you have a Car Insurance policy, which you purchased after 21st October 2023, or which is set to renew after 20th November.

  1. Head to the Register Account page
  2. You will need to complete all of the fields on the registration form 
  3. In the policy details section, enter the postcode that relates to your policy and the policyholder's date of birth
  4. Your Policy Number can be found on a letter or email that you will have received from us when you purchased your policy. Please take care to enter this exactly as it appears on your document. 
  5. Once all the fields have been completed, select 'Continue'

If everything is correct you'll be taken to a verification page and an email will be sent to your email address.

To complete your registration you'll need to input the verification code in the email we have sent you.

If you need to access your online account but you have forgotten your password, you can reset it.

  1. Enter the email address you used to register your account (unless you have changed it since you registered) - please note, this may be different to your correspondence email address that we send your documents to.
  2. Enter the postcode related to your policy,
  3. Click the Next button,
  4. We'll then send you an email that contains a link to reset your password. You'll need to click on this as soon as you get the email as it is only valid for one hour.
  5. When you click the link in the email, you'll be taken to a page where you can select a new password.
  6. Select a new password and confirm it in the second box. For security you'll need to include an uppercase and lowercase letter, a number and a symbol in your password. 
  7. Select 'Change your password'.

If you haven’t registered for My Account already, then check the information that you have entered. Check that you are entering the correct details in the 'Policy number' field as this is the most common reason for the error message (your Policy Number can be found on your confirmation letter or email).
